APPLICATION

SHD-PCG 2kV 3-Core Round Mobile Power Cable – Designed for the stable operation of longwall shearers, continuous miners, and heavy-duty mobile equipment in harsh industrial conditions. This high-strength cable combines a 3-core shielded power conductor , a 3-core unshielded control conductor , and a grounding conductor within a single cable, delivering exceptional abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and torsion resistance.

CONSTRUCTION

ConductorsStranded annealed tinned copper conductor.
InsulationEthylene Propylene Rubber (EPR).
Insulation ShieldTinned copper/textile braid.
Control Group (3 Conductor)Tinned copper conductor, EPR insulation and thermosetting jacket. Colour of insulation: Black, white and red.
Grounding ConductorTinned copper conductor, located in the center of the cable.
JacketReinforced extra-heavy-duty Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE), black.

OPTIONS

Other jacket materials such as CSP/PCP/NBR/PVC are available upon request.
Two-layer jacket with reinforcing fibre between the two layers can be offered as an option.
